especially in the sub prime industry. We stepped out of the sub prime
business in 1999, focusing instead on good credit and construction loans, and
our business remains viable and strong. I started this company in 1995 and
I assure you, that we survived market ups and downs before, were ready for this,
and we are not going anywhere. I may look to sell the company and retire
in about 25 years, but until then, we, and I will be here whenever needed.
There is nothing else I would rather do than continue serving the residents of
our state. We have a lot less lenders to work right with because
many have closed, but we have as big of a selection as any competitor.

We are licensed as a PA Loan Correspondent (similar to a mortgage banker) , so we can close loans in our name, issue rate lock agreements, and more. Mortgage Brokers,
needing less credentials to obtain a license, are not permitted to issue loan commitments or rate locks
or close in their name.
