Should I order my credit report through an online provider?
We no longer offer links to third party sites that sell credit reports as their scores have
been different than the scores the mortgage companies credit report shows and have confusing layouts.
Please order your PA credit report from us, only $35, and this same report can be used for your mortgage with no surprise differences, $35 is refunded when you apply, and without additional fees or credit inquiries.

Terms and conditions:

If payment for a credit report is made, it is non-refundable but the fee of $35 ($65 for pre-approval)  will be deducted from the application fee if borrower applies for a mortgage.   Requestor certifies he/she is ordering their own personal credit report and is using their own credit card to pay credit report fee.

Credit reports that include a consumer or fraud statement can not be provided to the borrower.
