| Terms and conditions 1. Submitting your application does not automatically lock-in an interest rate for the programs you are requesting. Lock in requests must be made via a simple email or fax request after confirming the current rates with us. 2. Please do not use this form to inquire about our products or pre-qualify. We have a separate page for that or you may phone us. 3. Allegiance offers a Maximum Closing Cost Guarantee. We guarantee that your total Allegiance fees and lender fees will not exceed $795 at closing (800 series on the HUD-1 and Good Faith Estimate) for purchase and refinance conventional mortgages. The figure does not include points (if elected), construction loan fees, and third party costs we have no control over such as the appraisal, taxes, and title company fees. Closing costs. 4. This application is non-binding. You may cancel at any time with no further obligations. The $305 application fee is non refundable. We have not raised this fee in 12 years. 5. Once we have received your application we will contact you to confirm your information. 6. After clicking submit you will be directed to our secure server to create a user ID and password then fill out either a mini application to save time or a full application. You may leave and come back while completing it by saving your information. The user ID and password you create will be yours throughout your loan processing to login and check loan status anytime.
